Project Administrator

The Project Administrator works for the Construction team to help maintain the weekly meeting minutes, project directory and assist with project closeout documents. This position is also responsible for managing the project team's CRM account, updating bid data, client information and status. The Project Admin will also help the project team with PreQualificiation paperwork and maintaining project portfolios for new bid opportunities as well as mics. internal company projects.

Assistant Project Manager

The Assistant Project Manager/Project Engineer works for the Construction and field team, assisting with cost control, scheduling, and close-out documents for multiple projects. This position is also responsible for design participation, pre-construction, construction and testing coordination. The Assistant Project Manager will also maintain constant and effective communications with team members, internal/external customer and vendors in order to manage projects, subcontracts, suppliers and inspectors to meet construction deadlines and client expectations.

Sr. HVAC Design Engineer

The Sr. HVAC Design Engineer utilizes graphics design software (Autocad or Revit) to layout and size HVAC equipment, ductwork, and piping. • Prepare HVAC drawings using Autocad and/or Revit software • Generate Basis of Design (BOD) documents from gathered project information • Perform Cooling & Heating Load Calculations for Sizing HVAC Equipment • Layout and Design piping and ductwork • Coordinate project design with other design disciplines • Review construction documents, including equipment submittals, shop drawings, etc. • Perform site visits and work with other project team members to assess and inform the design • Generate control sequences and diagrams • Degreed Mechanical or Architectural MEP Engineer, or equivalent • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Works well in a Team environment • Familiarity with building codes: Mechanical, Building, Energy, etc., • Understanding of HVAC Systems & Fundamentals (Psychrometrics, Fluids, Heat Transfer) • Knowledgeable about HVAC Equipment (Chillers, Boilers, Air Handlers, etc.,) • Ability to Apply Engineering Judgement • Good organization skills • Ability to work independently, goal-oriented
Salary commensurate with experience and skill level. 5 years’ experience as an HVAC Design Engineer is preferred.
